Hey there everyone! It is now time to continue going through Dodongo's Cavern in my video game walkthrough!!! Again, if your computer sucks or your signal is a heap of crapola, read these manual instructions:
Enter the door that you did not enter from in the room where you just finished the second mini-boss battle. Equip your slingshot. Shoot the eye above the fire on the wall to make the fire disappear on the first platform. Jump onto that platform and shoot the eye in the space to the left to make the fire disappear on the second platform. Advance to the next room. Go through the short tunnel. Jump from the bridge to the platform in front of it. Climb onto another platform with a treasure chest on it. Open it to get the Bomb Bag with 20 bombs. Equip your bombs. Throw a bomb near the weird piece of wall below you. Jump down and go into the door. Equip your Deku Shield. Deflect the projectiles of both Deku Scrubs. The one on the left will try to sell you 5 Deku Nuts for 30 rupees. The one on the right will try to sell you 30 slingshot bullets for 40 rupees. Reply to them and equip your Hylian Shield. Walk out of the room. Go through the other rooms again until you get to the room where you get the bombs. This time, go through the doorway that is in front of you. Step on the switch. One of the pillars will now be able to rise up higher. Go to the long, wooden bridge. Run across it and past the 2 gaps and bomb the weird piece of wall. In the treasure chest will be either a Deku Shield, or if you already have one, a blue rupee. Throw bombs into the gaps in the bridge. They will explode in the eyes of the Giant Dead Dodongo. Its mouth will open, revealing a door. Ride down to the lower level using the pillar that can rise up higher. Go into the door that is in the Giant Dead Dodongo's mouth. Walk to the end of the short passage and jump off of it. Go to another giant hole in the wall and walk through that passage. You will be in another room. In a place in the room, there is a block next to a small wall, the small wall, another block that is next to a higher wall, and the higher wall. Climb up on the small wall and then jump to get near another weird piece of wall. Bomb the weird piece of wall. Go into the door and slash the statue. Hit it with a bomb and it will run towards you and explode after a couple seconds. Run away from it until it explodes. Kill the Gold Skulltula that was behind the place where the statue was and obtain the token. Exit the room. Climb up to the higher wall by climbing up the blocks. Jump off of the wall into another tiny area with two pots and a passage. Equip an empty bottle. The pot on the left has a fairy in it. Use the bottle to catch it. Go through the passage until you see a block. Push it to off of the ledge. Jump off of the ledge and pull the block towards the hole once. Go behind it and push it the rest of the way into the hole. It's easier. The door will unlock. Go into it. Bomb the ground where it looks different from the rest of the ground. Don't fall into it yet. Open the treasure chest to refill your Bomb Bag. Now fall down the hole. You will now be facing the second boss, King Dodongo. To defeat him, Z\L target him and when he is sucking in air, throw a bomb or bomb flower into his mouth while still Z\L Targeting him. He will fall down. That is the time to damage him with your sword. After he gets up again after you hit him with your sword, he will start to spin around the area towards you. To not get hurt, hold R for your Hylian Shield until he passes. Eventually a corner will stop him from rolling and he will walk towards you. Repeat the process until he rolls into the lava pit in the center of the room and dies. The lava will dry up and cool so that you can walk on it. Get the Heart Container near him and then step into the blue portal. When you get out of the dungeon, Darunia will talk to you, give you the Goron's Ruby, and then make you end up screaming and running for your life when him and some other Gorons try to hug you. Next, go to where you threw the bomb flower to destroy the rocks blocking Dodongo's Cavern. Throw the bomb flower out of its spot, and backflip at angle where you will land on top of Dodongo's Cavern. Obtain the Piece of Heart. Next, go to the summit of the mountain by blowing up rocks, killing Skulltulas, and then using a bomb to blow up a strange piece of wall. Go into that place. You will be in one of the Great Fairies' Fountains. Equip your Ocarina. Play Zelda's Lullabye on the Triforce (3 triangles put together in a certain way) and a Great Fairy will give you the Spin Attack Technique. It will use magic every time you hold down B. If you don't want to charge up and use magic, move the regular joysick around in a circle quickly, and then immediately press B. Save your game.
