Pokemon SoulSilver Global Trade

Hey, peoples!!! This is Kenton and I'm tellin' you guys to break out the pokemon games 'cause it's time for a global trade over Nintendo WFC! I'm looking for anyone who has Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver to get a pokemon to trade for a valuable Totodile of mine! Here are some of its stats: Came from the Pokemon Day Care Center as an egg from a Lv. 11 Ditto and Lv. 40 Feraligatr (obtained as a Lv. 21 Totodile over Nintendo WFC from OT iZack for a Murkrow). My Feraligatr knew Surf, so the Totodile knows Surf now. Lv. 5 Male. Nicknamed Feraligatr. Holding a Soothe Bell to make it so that whomever claims it will be able to make friends with it real fast. OT Kenton with a different OT # than whomever claims it. Intentions of stats: The pokemon is Lv. 5 for people whom have just reached Goldenrod City and are able to trade over Nintendo WFC. Knowing Surf will help the claimer in battle because even though if you don't have the 4th gym badge yet, it is a powerful move, at 90 in AP (Attack Points) and 100 in A (Accuracy). Now, this may seem like a tough bargain, but I am looking for a Lv. 50 and up male Noctowl. Considering how valuable the Totodile is, it may be worth that. I would preferrably like a male Noctowl Lv. 50 -70 that already knows Fly for my specific purposes (I need a high-level Pokemon that knows Fly and is able to be as good as my others to beat the 7th and 8th gyms. It'll save me some training.) Now, if there is a pokemon that you would be willing to give up for my Totodile, please post its stats and any other info on my comment board (which is STILL open to ANYONE!)! I will think about it, and if I accept, I'll write on my comment board as a reply to you and then change my Receiving Pokemon Stats over Nintendo WFC.
