Pokemon SoulSilver/HeartGold PokeWalker Information

Hello people looking at Kwish Network! It is now time to tell you about the glory that is the new PokeWalker! With this small Pokeball shaped digital item, you can take 1 of your pokemon and put them in this to obtain Watts. As the digital pedometer records your steps, you get Watts for the PokeRadar, the Dowsing Machine, and when your pokemon is sent back to your DS, DS Lite, DSi, or DSi XL (coming in April; more info later), the Watts can lead to getting new digital routes to walk on while using the pedometer! When you are using the radar, you need to know how to find and capture pokemon. When you use the radar, it will cost 10 Watts. There will be 4 patches of grass. The one with an exclamation point(s) should be the one you should select, or else it will run away. There will be multiple stages to select the correct patch. You should enter a battle. Both your pokemon and the foe will have 4 bars of health. There are no special attacks or levels. There are just 3 options: Attack, evade, or catch. There is no limit of pokeballs. If you attack, you will either damage the pokemon 1 bar (2 bars for an occasional critical hit) or it will evade and damage you. If you evade, either nothing will happen (a stare down), the pokemon will flee, or it will miss and you will hit it. If you try to catch the pokemon while it does not have only 1 bar left, it will most likely fail and it will flee. Sometimes, it will fail even if you have it on 1 bar. You can only carry 3 captured pokemon. You can switch them, though. The moves and levels of the captured pokemon will return when returned to the game card. The dowsing machine costs 3 Watts. You get 2 tries to find 1 item within 6 patches of grass. If you fail the first time and it says it’s near, then it’s one of the 2 on either side of it. If your first choice was the end, it’s the one next to it. If it says it’s far away, then it’s any of them besides the ones mentioned above. You can only hold 3 items, but you can switch them out. To access the menu, while on the main screen, press the middle button. Anyway, have a great time using the PokeWalker and have fun with the game! Bye!
