Hey there people!! Welcome to Part 12 of my video game walkthrough!!!! Sorry that I haven't posted anything in a while. But, now I'm back and ready for more updates!!! Also, on this one, sorry that it took a little long to get Epona and go fishing, but that's what fast-forwarding is definitely for!! (No seriously, those 2 parts are hard and boring so please fast-forward to the end of them.) Anyway, if you are in possession of a suckish CPU, have a crappy signal, or using the new Nintendo DSi Web Browser that won't play online videos, use these manual instructions:
Go to the Kakariko Village and talk to the woman near the Cucco pen. Say yes and she will give you a Pocket Cucco. Go to the Windmill Hut (?) in Kakariko Village. Equip your ocarina. Pull out your ocarina by the guy in there and he will teach you the Song of Storms. If you ever need to play it, it goes like this: A, C-Down, C-Up, A, C-Down, C-Up. Exit the Windmill Hut. Go into the house near the stairs near Death Mountain and Z\L Target Talon. Use the Pocket Cucco and he will wake up. Take the Pocket Cucco back to the woman and say yes. She will give you Cojiro and take the Pocket Cucco. Go to the Graveyard and pull the grave on the very left with flowers near it. Go into the hole and get to the end of the grave without falling or having doors close before you get past them. If that happens, you'll lose a whole heart's health. When you get to the end, the ghost of Dampe will disappear and a treasure chest will appear. Open it to get the Hookshot. Go into the space and the door will close behind you. Play the Song of Time on your ocarina near the strange blocks. They will disappear, and if you climb up the stairs, you'll be in the Windmill Hut again. You can get a Piece of Heart in that grave, but we'll come back to that later. Exit the Windmill Hut and exit Kakariko Village. Go to Lon Lon Ranch in the daytime. You must have at least 20 rupees. Talk to Ingo to ride the horses and pay him 10 rupees. Play Epona's song to have Epona come near you. Ride her for a minute. Talk to Ingo again and do the same process. When you get on Epona, talk to Ingo to race him. Beat him twice in a row to get Epona. To get out of the ranch, jump over any fence that leads to outside of the ranch by accelerating towards it. Now you have Epona. If you can't find her, play Epona's Song to make her come near you. Go to Lake Hylia by jumping over the 2 fences with Epona. Go to the Scarecrow in the dirt and pull out your ocarina. THen, play your Scarecrow's Song. He will talk to you. Then, go to the side of the Lakeside Laboratory. Play your Scarecrow's Song and a Scarecrow will pop up on the roof. Use the Hookshot to get to it. Climb up the ladder to get to a platform with a Piece of Heart. Next, play your Scarecrow's Song near the Fishing Pond. A scarecrow will pop up. Use the Hookshot to get to it. Pay 20 rupees to fish and catch a fish that weighs 13 pounds or more to get the Golden Scale. Now go to the Lakeside Laboratory and touch the bottom of the small pool. Talk to the scientist and he will give you a Piece of Heart. Save your game.
