This river is fun! I can't believe how long and cool it is! There is even a swimming rapid and a jumping rock where you get wet. I recommend the lower Kern River of all rivers! I find it interesting that the 2nd rafting rapid almost made me tumble out of the raft!! Whoa! Some of the rapids' names are Hobo Rapid, Wind Tunnel, Satan's Slide,Oscar's Nightmare, and Little Ripple. Just be careful not to fall out of the raft, in rapids or not! Well, that's all for now. And remember, next time you go white water rafting, go to the lower Kern River!
